This program will briefly explain what BBB is, what BBB stands for, and what BBB offers to consumers. The program covers the most common scams targeting seniors including foreign lotteries, telemarketing schemes, phishing, grandparent scams, and more. Attendees will also be educated on the prevention, detection, and recovery process of scams.

This program will briefly explain what BBB is, what BBB stands for, and what BBB offers to businesses and consumers. The program covers the most common scams (including online shopping, telemarketing schemes, phishing, employment scams, and more), the target demographics of scams, and common scam tactics used on individuals. BBB will also educate on the prevention, detection, and recovery process of scams. BBB’s objective is to help community members be smart, informed consumers.
