Join us at the Montvale Library on Friday afternoons at 1:00 PM for a Free introductory class in Chair Yoga. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done sitting on a chair, or standing while holding it for support. Yoga has been known to improve participants mental clarity, flexibility, wellness, strength, stability, balance, posture and even relieve some of their aches and pains.
