Rainbow Ice Experiment: A STEAM Saturday Event @ Montvale Library
May 26 @ 10:30 am – 11:30 am

Ice, salt, and food coloring mixed for a rainbow.Children will have a “cool” time at this STEAM program at the Montvale Library as we experiment with Ice, Salt, and Food Coloring to create melting Rainbows!  For Kids Grades K-5.
Registration is appreciated.  Please call us at 540-425-7006 to sign up!
Children should wear clothing that they don’t mind getting messy.
This program will be held outside and there will be an alternative STEAM project inside if there is bad weather.

Fizzy Bubble Art: A STEAM Saturday Event @ Montvale Library

STEAM experiment involving food coloring, vinegar, and baking soda to make unique works of art.
Due to the high chance of rain today’s Exploding Chalk paint program has been changed to an indoor STEAM program creating fizzy, bubble art…for more details about this event please call us at 540-425-7006.
We will reschedule the Chalk Paint program for later this summer.
For Kids Grades K-5.
Registration is appreciated.
Children should wear clothing that they don’t mind getting messy.

I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream For ICE CREAM!: A STEAM Saturday Event @ Montvale Library

You don’t need a fancy, expensive machine to make delicious homemade ice cream…all you need a few simple ingredients and a couple sealable plastic bags.  Kids will have fun learning about the science behind why liquids become solid when there is a drop in temperature while making their own tasty treats at this COOL STEAM Saturday event.  Registration is always appreciated; please call us at 540-425-7006 to sign up.  We might get a little messy so children should plan to wear old clothes.Cartoon image of someone making ice cream in a bag,
