Take charge of your health today!
Join us and start your journey to better living.  In this program you will learn how to:

  • Be active with the whole family
  • Plan meals, shop, and save money
  • Fill half of your plate with colorful fruits and vegetables
  • Find out why you need fiber and how to get enough
  • Discover why you still need dairy foods as an adult
  •  Choose lean protein foods, including vegetarian options
  • Make small changes that will lead to healthier living
  • Prepare new recipes your kids will love

Family Fun Night: Tournament of Games! 

We will have short games to play like Cornhole, Face the cookie, Pyramid of Cups, Divide M&M’s into colors with one hand, Ping Pong Ball Shake and two others.
The games will be timed and the first three winners will win a prize.  No registration is required.

COMING SOON TO A LIBRARY NEAR YOU!
Join us at the Moneta/SML library for a monthly Saturday afternoon screening of a movie for adults and teens.
This month we will be showing the live-action version of Disney’s Dumbo.  Watch the classic story of a young elephant, whose over-sized ears enable him to fly, helping to save a struggling circus, but when the circus plans a new venture, Dumbo and his friends discover dark secrets beneath its shiny veneer.

Free movie snacks and drinks will be served.
