Ask Library Services Staff

Who: Anyone may ask a question.

What: This service provides short answers to factual Ready Reference questions (trivia, phone numbers, questions about library services, etc.) This is not the location to place holds on materials or make interlibrary loan requests. For those services call any Bedford Public Library System location during regular business hours.

When: We will try to answer your question within 48 hours. Questions submitted on Fridays, weekends, or just prior to a holiday may take longer. If you need faster service, call the Central Library Reference Desk (540-586-8911 x2100) during regular business hours.

Where: Questions are received and answered by the reference staff at the Central Library.
